摘要
本文通过对LNT再生工况进气歧管烧融现象的研究及试验分析,确定烧融的主要原因是高温排气直吹进气歧管壁面且排气温度超出材料耐受温度导致。通过对EGR出气管结构和标定策略优化改进,并通过试验验证了改进效果,对EGR系统的设计开发具有指导意义。
In this paper, through the research and experimental analysis of the combustion phenomenon of intake manifold in LNT regeneration condition,it is determined that the main cause of combustion is that the high-temperature exhaust blows directly into the intake manifold wall and the exhaust temperature exceeds the material tolerance temperature. By optimizing and improving thestructure and calibration strategy of EGR outlet pipe, and verifying the improvement effect through experiments, it is of guiding significance for the design and development of EGR system.
