摘要
针对线控制动系统控制的非线性及不确定性问题,在Matlab-Simulink中建立车辆动力学模型、线控机械制动系统模型,采用模糊PID方法设计了线控制动系统车辆制动力控制策略。选用Carsim车辆动力学软件与Matlab进行联合仿真分析,结果表明:该控制策略在高、低附着路面上稳定的保持车辆的最优滑移率,缩短了制动时间与距离,是一种有效的控制方法。
Aiming at the nonlinear and uncertain control problems of Brake-By-Wire system, vehicle dynamics model and electro-mechanical brake (EMB) system model are established in Matlab-Simulink, and vehicle braking force control strategy of Brake-By-Wire system is designed by using fuzzy PID method. vehicle dynamics software Carsim is used for joint simulation analysis with Matlab. The results show that this control strategy is an effective control method for maintaining the optimal slip rate of vehicles on high and low adhesion roads, and shortening the braking time and distance.
