装载机驾驶室结构模态分析

摘要 装载机的驾驶室作为装载机的驾乘空间,为了满足操作人员的舒适性和安全性,对于其结构的减振抗震功能有着很高的要求,是装载机NVH性能研究的重点目标。本文使用有限元方法对驾驶室的结构模态进行计算,给出了各板块的主要频率和模态振型,并与激励频率进行对比分析,给出应该重点关注的振动频率和振动板块,为后续的试验确定了重点的试验转速,并指导了驾驶室的结构优化设计。 The cab serves as the driving space of the loader. In order to meet the comfort and safety of operators, there are high requirements for the vibration and seismic function of its structure, which is the key target of the NVH performance research of loader. In this paper, the finite element method is used to calculate the structural modes of the cab, and the main frequencies and modal modes of each plate are given. Compared with the excitation frequency, the vibration frequency and vibration plate which should be paid attention to are given. Then we can determine the key test speed for the subsequent test and guide the optimization design of the bridge structure.
