摘要
针对韶钢特轧厂板材工序1号加热炉存在的燃料消耗高、氧化烧损高、加热控制手段落后和钢坯加热温度不均匀等问题,采用高效低NOx长调焰烧嘴、智能化脉冲燃烧控制模式、取消二加热段下部的端部直焰烧嘴及新增加热炉离线二级计算模型等技术手段进行改造。燃料消耗和氧化烧损率均有所下降,取得了较好的改造效果。
For high fuel consumption, high oxidation burning loss, backward reheating control means and uneven heating temperature of slabs of the reheating furnace for plate-rolling mill at SGIS, long flame burners with high efficiency and low NO x, and intelligent pulse combustion control mode had been adopted to cancel the the straight flame burners at the lower end of the second reheating section,and the new furnace offline technical means such as secondary calculation model had been applied for the reform. After the reform, fuel consumption and oxidation burning loss rate have been decreased, and good effect has been achieved.
