自保持油缸的液压油路在注塑机上的应用

摘要 液压油缸是将液压能转变为机械能的,是做直线往复运动(或摆动运动)的液压执行元件。它结构简单、工作可靠。但因控制液压油缸的方向阀大都采用滑阀,而滑阀阀芯与滑座之间有间隙而导致泄漏,这样注塑机的液压油缸在外力作用下能自保持位置不变。本文介绍一种自保持油缸的液压油路。 Hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic actuator which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and makes linear reciprocating motion (or swing motion). It has simple structure and reliable operation. But most of the directional valves used to control the hydraulic cylinder are sliding valves,and there is a gap between the spool and the sliding seat,which leads to leakage,so that the hydraulic cylinder of the injection moulding machine can keep its position unchanged under the action of external force. This paper introduces a hydraulic circuit of self-retaining cylinder.
