塔河渣油重溶剂脱沥青深度分离研究

摘要 针对塔河原油重质劣质化加剧,基于柱色谱分离预测的塔河渣油理论最大萃取收率为指导,对塔河渣油重溶剂脱沥青深度分离进行研究。结果表明,适宜操作条件为:异戊烷为溶剂,抽提塔塔顶温度175℃、压力3.7MPa、溶剂体积比5.0,DAO收率高达75.0%,DAO残炭值和金属(Ni+V)分别为7.15%和29.87μg/g,可满足重油催化裂化装置进料,取得了较好的溶剂脱沥青深度分离效果;高软化点DOA可作为沥青改性剂,与同类的沥青改性剂相比,塔河脱油沥青对道路沥青和混合料的改性效果具有用量少、效果明显的特点,具有较好的市场开发价值。 In view of the aggravation of heavy and inferior quality of Tahe crude oil, the deep separation of heavy solvent deasphalting of Tahe residue under the guidance of the maximum extraction yield predicted by column chromatography separation is investigated. The results indicated that the appropriate operating conditions are as follows: iso-C5 as solvent, extraction tower top temperature of 175 ℃ pressure of 3.7 MPa,solvent volume ratio of 5. 0, the DAO yield reach 75. 0%, and the content of DAO and metal Ni +V are7. 15% and 29. 87 ug/g respectively, which satisfied the feed of heavy oil catalytic cracking unit. DOA with high softening point could be used as asphalt modifier. Compared with similar asphalt modifier, Tahe DOA has higher efficiency in the modification of road asphalt and mixture, and better market development value.
