通过文本分析,以业主全生命周期投资管控的视角,分析EPC项目前期决策、招标投标、合同订立、实施、竣工以及运营和维护等六个阶段的投资管控要点,形成EPC项目全生命周期投资管控要点一览表,为业主开展EPC项目投资管控提供参考。

Through text analysis and from the perspective of owner’s life cycle investment control,this paper analyses the investment control points of EPC project in six stages:pre-decision-making,bidding,contract formation,implementation,completion,operation and maintenance,forms a list of key points of EPC project life cycle investment control and provide reference for owners to carry out investment control of EPC project.
