By analyzing the problems of the university’s engineering procurement,the paper finds out the factors that can affect the efficiency of the procurement,puts forward the method of enhancing engineering procurement efficiency,then improves the efficiency in using the procurement funds,gives full play to the important function of infrastructure construction in colleges and universities,in order to improve the project management level,and provides support in ensuring good operation of university’s teaching and scientific research.
