经脉命名意义深远,是中国古人对经脉特点的高度概括。冲脉名称有"太冲""伏冲"等,不同节段亦有与之对应的专有名称。古人赋予冲脉的不同名称反映对于冲脉认识的侧重方面。这些认识共同构成了冲脉完整的循行和生理功能特点。冲脉循行是其发挥生理功能的必要基础。其上行前支有"挟少阴经"和"挟阳明经"两说,下行支在《灵枢·逆顺肥瘦》与《灵枢·动输》两篇记载中略有不同。本文分析后认为,冲脉当挟少阴经上行,下行支自腘中已并行于少阴经深处,至内踝之后汇聚。

The name of a meridian is profound and meaningful,which is a high generalization of the meridian’s characteristics by Chinese ancients. Chong meridian is also called "Tai Chong""Fu Chong"and so on,and there are corresponding names for the different sections. These different names reflect what meanings have been attached behind. The understandings together constitute the complete route and physiological function characteristics of the Chong meridian. The route of Chong meridian is the basis for its physiological function. There are two opinions as "close to Shaoyin meridian"and"close to Yangming meridian"upon the upper branches of Chong meridian. Some differences of downstream branches can be found between Miraculous Pivot chapter 38 and 62. This paper supports that Chong meridian runs up close to Shaoyin meridian,and runs down in deeper level with Shaoyin meridian from popliteal to the concave between inner ankle and tendon after analysis.
