隔药灸对寒凝血瘀证原发性痛经患者症状及中医证候的影响

Effect of Herbs-partitioned Moxibustion for Symptom and TCM Syndromes of Primary Dysmenorrhea with Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的:观察隔药灸对寒凝血瘀证原发性痛经患者症状及中医证候的影响。方法:隔药灸组318例,对照组319例,给予隔药灸治疗3个月经周期及随访3个月经周期,观察2组患者中医证候、COX痛经症状评分变化。结果:治疗及随访期间隔药灸组小腹冷痛、经量少、经色黯而有瘀块、畏寒肢冷、面色青白评分均显著低于基线及对照组;治疗期间隔药灸组中医各项证候评分随着治疗时间显著降低。治疗及随访期间隔药灸组疼痛总发作时间、平均严重程度评分显著低于治疗前及对照组;治疗期间隔药灸组总发作时间及平均严重程度评分随着疗程逐渐降低。结论:隔药灸显著改善原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证候及痛经症状。

Objective:To observe the effect of herbs-partitioned moxibustion for symptom and TCM syndromes of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:637 patients were divided into herbspartitioned moxibustion(318)and control group(319).Scores of TCM syndromes and CMSS were evaluated at baseline,different treatment courses and follow-ups.Results:During the treatment and follow-ups,the lower abdominal cold pain,less volume of menses,dark color of mense with blood stasis,chilly with cold limbs,bluish white of facial expression scores were significantly decreased in herbs-partitioned moxibustion group than those of baseline and control group;During the different treatment courses,the scores of TCM syndromes were significantly decreased in herbs-partitioned moxibustion group.During the treatment and follow-ups,intensity and duration score measured by CMSS were significantly decreased in herbs-partitioned moxibustion group than those of baseline and control group,and they were gradually reduced in herbspartitioned moxibustion group during treatment courses.Conclusion:Herbs-partitioned moxibustion is effective in improving symptom and TCM syndromes of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.
