颈部三穴推拿法改善颈源性头痛疼痛程度的临床研究

Therapeutic Effective Evaluation of Cervical Three Points Manipulative Therapy in Treatment of Cervix Headache

目的:探讨以翳明、天牖、天柱3个穴位采用推拿方法改善颈性头痛患者疼痛程度的疗效评价。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照试验,将以头痛为主诉且符合颈椎病诊断的颈性头痛证患者分别纳入颈部三穴手法治疗组及标准推拿对照组,治疗相同周期后分别进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组总有效率93.0%,对照组总有效率72.7%,2组结果在统计学上有明显差异。结论:推拿颈部三穴推拿法对改善颈源性头痛患者的症状有明显优势。

Objective:This paper aims to discuss the clinical curative effect of curing cervicogenic headache by adopting the treatment of manipulative therapy at three acupoints which are Yiming,Tianyou and Tianzhu.Method:This is a prospective randomized controlled study comparing the treatment group that adopts the manipulative therapy on the three acupoints with control group of conventional manipulative therapy.The patients with cervicogenic headache from both groups take a headache as the main clinical manifestation and conform to the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.Observation is taken for the same treatment periodicity and the therapeutic effects are systematic evaluated respectively.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was superior remarkably to control group(93.0%,72.7%)with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:To proceed the manipulative therapy on the three acupoints(Yiming,Tianyou and Tianzhu)have distinct advantages of improving symptoms for the patients with cervicogenic headache.
