摘要
日本牛肉美味可口、安全可靠、价格稳定,是中国肉牛生产发展学习的典范。文章利用2000—2017年的肉牛生产、消费、贸易数据对中日肉牛产业发展状况进行对比分析,总结日本在良种繁育、饲料来源、食品安全法规和可追溯体系、产业扶持政策等方面的经验,并提出提高中国肉牛产业发展的可行性政策建议。
Japanese beef is delicious, safe, reliable, and stable in price. It is a model for the development of Chinese beef cattle production. Based on the data of beef cattle production, consumption and trade from 2000 to 2017, this paper made a comparative analysis of the development of beef cattle industry between China and Japan, and summarized Japan’s experience in breeding, feed sources, food safety regulations and traceability system,and industrial support policies. Based on the actual situation in China, it proposed feasible policy recommendations to improve the development of China’s beef cattle industry.
