一例犊牛脐带感染致急性死亡的诊断及防控措施 被引量:1

摘要 为了确定宁夏平罗县某肉牛场犊牛急性死亡的具体原因,试验通过病理剖检、无菌采集宁夏平罗县某肉牛场新生死亡犊牛肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、脐带等器官及组织进行病原分离,应用全自动细菌鉴定仪进行鉴定。结果表明:犊牛急性死亡是脐带感染导致;分离的3株病原菌中,2株为大肠杆菌,1株为金黄色葡萄球菌,可信度均为99%,初步诊断为大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌混合感染。
