摘要
通过快速相变仪研究了循环热处理对TC21合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着循环热处理次数增加,TC21合金的平均晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,魏氏组织特征逐渐消失,出现了颗粒状的α相和晶界α相;合金的显微硬度也随着循环热处理次数的增加逐渐增加。
The effects of cyclic heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC21 alloy were carried out by using of rapid transformation instrument. Results show that, average grain size of TC21 alloy decreases with the increase of cyclic heat treatment times. The characteristics of widmanstatten structure gradually disappear, and the granular αand grain boundary α phase are formed. The micro-hardness of the alloy gradually increases with the increase of cyclic heat treatment times.
