摘要
对GCr15钢在无机高分子水溶性淬火液中淬火后试样的淬火硬度、回火硬度、显微组织等性能指标进行了分析,研究了用无机高分子水溶性淬火介质替代淬火油的可能性。结果表明,GCr15钢在淬火后马氏体组织为3级,且距表面3 mm内无屈氏体;GCr15钢的淬火硬度为63~64 HRC,回火后硬度为60~61 HRC,均完全符合JB/T 1255标准要求。经力学性能测试,在承载负荷上用本介质淬火显著优于油淬火的。同时,用无机高分子水溶性淬火介质淬火可显著提高特大型套圈的硬度和硬度均匀性,而传统的油淬火常出现淬火硬度不足等问题。
The quenching hardness, tempering hardness and microstructure of GCr15 steel after quenching in inorganic polymer water-soluble quenching solution were analyzed. The possibility of replacing quenching oil with inorganic polymer water soluble quenching medium was studied. The results show that, the martensitic structure of GCr15 steel is grade 3 after quenching, and the surface of GCr15 steel has no toostite in the region form the surface of 3 mm. The quenching hardness of GCr15 steel is 63-64 HRC, and the hardness after tempering is 60-61 HRC, which are in full compliance with the requirements of JB/T 1255. At the same time, the hardness and hardness uniformity of extra-large ring can be significantly improved by quenching with inorganic polymer water-soluble quenching medium, but the traditional oil quenching often appears quenching hardness problem and so on.
