广州市200名急诊科护士的心理弹性和职业倦怠与工作满意度 被引量:19

Psychlolgical resilience,job burnout and job satisfaction of 200 emergency nurses in Guangzhou

摘要 目的调查急诊科护士的心理弹性、职业倦怠和工作满意度现状,并分析三者的关系。方法采用整群抽样法选取广州市5家医院急诊科护士200名作为调查对象,调查研究中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、Maslash职业倦怠量表(MBI)、明尼苏达工作满意度问卷量表(MSQ)。结果 186名护士CD-RISC、MBI及MSQ评分均居中等水平,MBI中情绪耗竭、情感疏远与CD-RISC、MSQ评分呈负相关(P<0.05),个人成就感与CD-RISC、MSQ评分呈正相关(P<0.05),且CD-RISC与MSQ间呈正相关(P<0.05)。回归分析显示,心理弹性及工作满意度对职业倦怠有正向预测作用(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士职业倦怠处于中等水平,心理弹性及工作满意度对职业倦怠有重要影响。 Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship among mental resilience,job burnout and job satisfaction of emergency department nurses. Methods The Chinese version of the CD-RISC,Maslash occupational burnout scale(MBI)and Minnesota job satisfaction questionnaire(MSQ)were used to investigate 200 emergency department nurses from 5 hospitals in a city by cluster sampling. Results The CD-RISC,MBI and MSQ scores of 186 nurses were in the middle level. The emotional exhaustion and emotional alienation in MBI were negatively correlated with CD-RISC and MSQ scores(P<0.05). Personal achievement was positively correlated with CD-RISC and MSQ scores(P<0.05),and CD-RISC was positively correlated with MSQ scores(P<0.05). Regression analysis showed that mental resilience and job satisfaction had a positive predictive effect on job burnout(P<0.05). Conclusions Job burnout of emergency department nurses is at medium level,and mental resilience and job satisfaction have important influence on job burnout.
