摘要
本文通过开展千枚岩废石预处理--超细加工试验、千枚岩微粉表面改性试验、千枚岩/PP复合材料制备及性能检测等系列试验研究工作,开发出利用酒钢千枚岩制备阻燃型填料技术,对同类产品的开发及降低阻燃型填料生产成本具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
In this paper, through the series of experimental research work of phyllite waste rock pretreatment-ultra-fine processing test, phyllite micro-powder surface modification test, phyllite / PP composite preparation and performance testing, the technology for preparation of flame retardant filler from phyllite of JISCO was developed, which had a certain reference and guiding significance for developing the similar products and reducing the production cost of flame retardant filler .
