摘要
本文分析了重调机控制电缆存在的问题,通过无线通讯技术的应用,以无线通讯代替控制电缆。解决了控制电缆在长期使用过程中出现的问题,减少故障次数和故障处理难度,提高翻车机系统的稳定性和运行效率。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in control cable of the traction enjine and replaces the control cable with wireless communication through the application of wireless communication technology. It solves the problems that occur during the long-term use of the control cable, reduces the number of faults and the difficulty of troubleshooting, and improves the stability and operating efficiency of the dumper system.
