摘要 为研究不同绝缘涂层对直流电缆附件界面空间电荷分布特性的影响,对直接接触、涂抹普通硅脂涂层和涂抹极性硅脂涂层3种不同界面状态的交联聚乙烯(XLPE)和乙丙橡胶(EPDM)双层绝缘介质,在不同外施电场下的空间电荷分布进行试验,分析了加压和短路过程中界面电荷的动态变化过程,研究涂层材料对直流电缆附件界面电荷的影响规律。结果表明:不同界面状态对XLPE/EPDM双层绝缘介质界面空间电荷分布的影响不同,且在不同外施电场下,其变化趋势也不同。在相同温度和电场下,极性硅脂涂层界面积累的空间电荷量最大。 In order to study the effect of different insulation coating on the distribution characteristics of space charge on the interface of DC cable accessories, the space charge distribution of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) double-layer insulation mediums with three kinds of interface conditions, including direct contact, coating normal grease, and coating polar grease, was tested under different electric field. The dynamics of interface charges during voltage loading and short-circuit was analyzed, and the influence rule of coating materials on the interface charge of DC cable accessories was studied. The results show that the effects of different interface conditions on the distribution of space charge on the interface of XLPE/EPDM double-layer insulation medium are different, and their variation trend under different applied electric field is different also. At the same temperature and electric field, the space charge accumulation amount of the interface coating polar grease is the highest.
