摘要
采用红外光谱、热分析、气相色谱红外光谱联用等多种分析手段,对粘接聚氯乙烯用胶粘剂的成分进行分析。研究结果表明:该胶粘剂是由丙酮、丁酮、甲苯和环己酮等有机溶剂、醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物、二氧化硅组成,其中有机溶剂含量为78%,醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物含量为11.5%,二氧化硅含量为8.5%。
The composition of adhesive for bonding polyvinyl chloride was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,thermal analysis and gas chromatography-infrared spectroscopy. The research results showed that the adhesive was composed of organic solvents such as acetone,butanone,toluene and cyclohexanone,vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer and silicon dioxide. The content of organic solvents was 78%,vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer was 11.5%,and silicon dioxide was 8.5%.
