摘要
目的研究高血压患者血清25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平变化及其与血脂相关指标的关系。方法回顾性分析2013年11月~2014年11月在我院住院患者。分为高血压组(A组,n=215);另选同期检查非高血压人群为对照组(B组,n=181)。平行检查两组人群血清25(OH)D、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白A、B(ApoA、ApoB)、脂蛋白a(Lpa);比较两组间指标水平的差异,分析25(OH)D水平与同组其它指标变化的相关性。结果两组间25(OH)D、TC和TG水平存在统计学差异(P<0.05),其余指标无统计学差异(P>0.05);高血压组25(OH)D平均水平相比对照组低,多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、25(OH)D和TG为高血压的独立影响因素;Spearman秩相关性分析结果显示高血压组25(OH)D与TG(r=-0.15791,P=0.0275)呈负相关性。结论高血压患者的血清25(OH)D水平降低与血脂水平升高作为高血压的独立危险因素,参与高血压的发生发展过程。
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum levels of 25 ( OH) D and serum lipid of hypertension. Methods Patients admitted in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were divided into hypertension group ( group A, n = 215 ) and the control group ( group B, n = 181 ). The serum 25 ( OH) D blood lipid index, total cholesterol ( TC), triglyceride ( TG), low density lipoprotein ( LDL), high density lipoprotein ( HDL), apolipoprotein A , B ( ApoA, ApoB) and lipoprotein A ( Lpa) of the two groups were examined in parallel. The differences in the levels of indicators between the two groups were compared , and the correlation between the levels of 25 ( OH) D and other indicators in the same group was analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels of 25( OH) D, TC and TG between the two groups (P < 0. 05 ), and no statistically significant differences in other indicators ( P > 0. 05 ). The average level of 25 ( OH) D in the hypertension group was lower than that in the control group. The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age 25 ( OH ) D and TG were independent influencing factors of hypertension. Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between 25 ( OH) D and TG (r =-0. 15791 , P =0. 0275 ) in the hypertension group. Conclusion As independent risk factors for hypertension, serum 25 ( OH) D level reduction and high blood lipid level are involved in the occurrence and development of hypertension.
