小檗碱联合优思明对青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌及临床症状的影响

Effect of berberine combined with Yasmin on endocrine characteristics and clinical features in adolescents with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的观察小檗碱联合优思明对青春期多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者内分泌代谢及临床症状的影响。方法将40例青春期PCOS患者随机分成两组,每组20例。研究组患者给予小檗碱联合优思明治疗,对照组患者单独给予优思明治疗。连续治疗3个月后,观察两组患者的性激素、糖代谢及临床表现等各指标的变化。结果①研究组和对照组两组患者在治疗后体重指数(BMI)、月经稀发、闭经、痤疮、多毛症状明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组BMI与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②研究组和对照组两组患者在治疗后黄体生成激素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平、LH/FSH值明显下降(P<0.05);③对照组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)无明显变化(P>0.05);研究组治疗后FPG、FINS水平明显下降(P<0.05),且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小檗碱联合优思明对于青春期PCOS患者是一种有效的治疗方案,对其内分泌代谢、临床症状具有显著的改善作用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of berberine(BBR) combined with Yasmin on endocrine characteristics and clinical features in adolescents with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods Forty cases of adolescent PCOS patients were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. Patients in study group were treated by berberine combined with Yasmin, the control group were treated by Yasmin alone. After 3 months of continuous treatment, the changes of the parameter of sex hormones, glucose metabolism, and clinical manifestations of the two groups were observed. Results ①After treatment, the body mass index(BMI), menstrual infrequent, amenorrhea, facial acne, hirsutism symptoms were improved significantly compared with before the treatment in the study group and the control group(P<0.05);and there was a significant difference in BMI between the two groups(P<0.05);②The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH), testosterone(T) and LH/FSH ratio in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);③After treatment, there were no significant changes of fasting blood glucose(FPG) and fasting serum insulin(FINS) in the control group(P>0.05);the FPG and FINS in the study group decreased significantly(P<0.05), and there was a significant difference between the control group and the study group(P<0.05). Conclusion Berberine combined with Yasmin is an effective treatment for adolescents with polycystic ovary syndrome, which has a significant impact on improving the endocrine metabolism and clinical symptoms.
