《脉经》“阴阳绝实”脉法在针灸临床的应用

“Yin and Yang Absolute Absence” Pulse Method of Pulse Classic Applicated in Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:探讨《脉经·卷二》中“阴阳绝实”脉法在针灸临床中的运用,以期为中医针灸临床选穴、用方提供新的诊治路径。方法:主要从“阴阳绝实”脉法解读,“阴阳绝实”脉法的针灸临床应用两方面进行探究。结果:“阴阳绝实”脉法是指通过切诊时指力轻重的运用,对脉形、脉位等因素的深入分析归纳出脉理,并依据此脉理指导十二经脉针刺治疗的脉诊方法,即阳绝阴实治阴经,阴绝阳实治阳经。体现了《内经》中“凡将用针,必先诊脉”针脉相应的观点。结论:“阴阳绝实”脉法在针灸临床中的运用时“阳绝阴实”治阴经,“阴绝阳实”治阳经。

Objective: To explore the application of“Yin and Yang absolute absence”pulse method in acupuncture and moxibustion from Pulse Classic Volume II,in order to provide a new avenue for clinical acupuncture and selection points. Methods: The study mainly focuses on the interpretation of the“Yin and Yang absolute absence”pulse method and the clinical application of acupuncture. Results: The“Yin and Yang absolute absence”method refered to the use of the strength of the fingers in the diagnosis and the analysis of the pulse shape,pulse position and other factors. And according to the pulse guidance twelve meridians acupuncture treatment of pulse diagnosis method,Yang absolute Yin real treatment of Yin meridian,Yin absolute Yang real to treat Yang meridian. It embodied the viewpoint that“everyone will use a needle and must first consult a pulse”in Neijing. Conclution:“Yin and Yang absolute absence”pulse method for clinical in acupuncture and moxibustion,Yang absolute Yin real treatment of Yin meridian,Yin absolute Yang real to treat Yang meridian.
