柴枳平肝汤联合西药治疗对HP阳性功能性消化不良疗效观察

Curative Effect of Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine for HP Positive Functional Dyspepsia

目的:观察柴枳平肝汤联合西药治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性功能性消化不良患者的临床效果。方法:选取2016年8月~2018年2月于我院门诊治疗的120例HP阳性功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用柴枳平肝汤治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、胃动素(MLT)和胃泌素(GAS)水平、HP转阴率、尼平消化不良指数(NDI)、SF-36健康调查量表(SF-36)评分及不良反应。结果:治疗4周后,观察组临床有效率、HP转阴率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组GAS、MLT水平及NDI指数、SF-36评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:柴枳平肝汤联合西药治疗可以显著提高HP阳性功能性消化不良患者临床疗效,改善临床症状,促进患者康复。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction combined with western medicine for patients with Helicobacter Pylori (HP) positive functional dyspepsia. Methods: A total of 120patients with HP positive functional dyspepsia who were treated in the hospital from August 2016to February 2018were enrolled. They were divided into observation group and controlled group according to the random number table method,60cases in each group. The group was treated with routine western medicine. The observation group was treated with Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction on the basis of the controlled group. The clinical curative effects,levels of motilin (MLT) and gastrin (GAS),negative conversion ratio of HP,Nepean Dyspepsia Index ( NDI),scores of Short Form 36Health Survey Questionnaire (SF- 36) and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results: After 4weeks of treatment,the clinical response rate and negative conversion ratio of HP of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group ( P<0.05). The levels of GAS and MLT,NDI and SF-36scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the controlled group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion: Chaizhi Pinggan Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of patients with HP positive functional dyspepsia,improve clinical symptoms,promote rehabilitation of patients.
