分部位外敷中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Sub-regional Topical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察分部位外敷中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取我科2015年1月~2016年7月收治的血瘀证腰椎间盘突出症患者84例进行研究分析,根据治疗方案不同将所选患者分为对照组和观察组,两组均卧床休息,下床排便时佩戴护腰,对照组行牵引及针灸治疗,观察组局部应用分部位外敷中药治疗,每组患者各42例,干预后应用临床症状评估、腰痛评分量表、疗效统计以了解两种方法的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为97.6%,明显高于对照组的总有效率85.7%,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2周治疗后,观察组与对照组治疗后比较,疼痛和麻木、行走、压痛、直腿抬高试验、总积分指标均明显增高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过2周治疗后,JOA下腰痛量表评分、症状积分观察组高于对照组,比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分部位外敷中药治疗,能提高患者的临床疗效,改善患者症状,促进康复。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of sub-part topical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: From January 2015to July 2016in our department,84cases of lumbar disc herniation patients with blood stasis syndrome were studied and analyzed. The selected patients were divided into controlled group and observation group according to the different treatment options. Both groups were in bed rest,go to bed defecation wear waist,the controlled group traction and acupuncture treatment,the observation group local application sub-site external application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,42patients in each group,the clinical application of symptoms after symptom assessment,back pain rating scale,efficacy statistics understand the therapeutic effect of the two methods. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 97. 6%,which was significantly higher than that in the controlled group ( 85. 7%). The difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05). After 2weeks of treatment,pain and numbness,walking,tenderness,straight leg raising test, total score index were significantly higher in the observation group and the controlled group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05). After treatment,JOA low back pain scale score,symptom score of the observation group were higher than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05). Conclusion: The external application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of patients,improve the symptoms and promote rehabilitation.
