电针《神应经》不语八穴治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Aphasia after Ischemic Stroke by Electroacupuncturing Nonverbal Eight Points in Shenying Jing

目的:观察电针《神应经》不语八穴联合Schuell语言训练治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症的临床疗效。方法:将105例缺血性脑卒中后失语症患分为3组,每组35例。对照1组接受Schuell语言训练,对照2组在对照1组基础上给予头针治疗。观察组在对照1组基础上接受电针《神应经》不语八穴(间使、支沟、灵道、鱼际、合谷、阴谷、复溜、然谷)治疗。治疗16周后用汉语失语症检查法、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS量表)评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组在语言功能评分、NIHSS量表评分方面与2个对照组比较均有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效总有效率为91.43%,明显高于2个对照组,比较均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:电针《神应经》不语八穴联合Schuell语言训练可以明显改善缺血性脑卒中后失语症患者的语言理解表达能力、提高了失语症的临床疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture at nonverbal eight points in Shenying Jing combined with Schuell language training on aphasia after ischemic stroke. Methods: 105cases of aphasia after ischemic stroke were divided into 3groups,35cases in each group. The controlled group 1was received Schuell language training,and the controlled group 2was given scalp acupuncture on the basis of the controlled group 1. On the basis of the controlled group 1,the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture at nonverbal eight points of Shenying Jing ( Jianshi,Zhigou,Lingdao,Yuji,Hegu, Yingu,Fuliu and Rangu). After 16weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was assessed by Chinese aphasia test and NIHSS. Results: After treatment,the language function score and NIHSS score of the observation group were significantly different from those of the two controlled groups ( P<0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 43%,which was significantly higher than that of the two controlled groups ( P<0. 05). Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture at eight non-verbal points in Shenying Jing combined with Schuell language training can significantly improve the language comprehension and expression ability of aphasia patients after ischemic stroke,and improve the clinical efficacy of aphasia.
