摘要
目的:探讨“5123八段锦”运动对2型糖尿病高危人群血糖代谢稳态的影响效应。方法:随机将2型糖尿病高危人群分为实验组与对照组,实验组给予长期规律的“5123八段锦”(“5123”即每周至少运动5天,每天至少运动1次,每次运动至少2遍,每次运动至少30min)运动干预,对照组不给予任何干预,每6个月监测患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标,采用随机区组多变量、描述性分析相关数据。结果:实验组空腹血糖值各时间点间相互波动值分别0.01mmol/L、0.11mmol/L、0.04mmol/L,总体升高0.16mmol/L;糖化血红蛋白值各时间点间相互波动值分别为-0.01%、-0.02%、0.06%,总体升高0.03%。结论:“5123八段锦”运动不能阻止2型糖尿病高危人群进一步发展为2型糖尿病患者,但可延缓其糖代谢紊乱的时间;对血糖与糖化血红蛋白具有较好的稳定调控作用,可降低调节波动,对于治未病有较好的临床意义和推广价值。
Objective:Studying the effect of“5123Baduanjin”exercising on the homeostasis of blood glucose in the high-risk group of type 2diabetes mellitus.Methods:By randomly dividing the high risk group for type 2diabetes into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group gave the long-term regular“5123Baduanjin”(“5123"is to exercise at least 5days a week,at least once a day,exercise at least 2times each time,each exercise was at least 30minutes.)The control group did not give any intervention.Every six months,it monitored fasting blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators.It used random group multivariate and descriptive analysis of relevant data.Results:The experimental group had 0.01mmol/L,0.11mmol/L,0.04mmol/L and 0.16mmol/L respectively.The values of glycosylated hemoglobin were-0.01%,-0.02%,and 0.06%,respectively,and the overall increase was 0.03%.Conclusion:“5123Baduanjin”exercising can not prevent the further development of the high risk group of type 2diabetes mellitus as a true type 2diabetic patient,but it can delay the time of glucose metabolism disorder.It has a good stabilizing effect on blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin,reduces regulatory fluctuations,and has a good generalization significance in grass-roots treatment services.
