基于中医传承辅助平台分析车树强主任治疗慢性肾炎的用药规律

Analysis of Che Shuqiang’s Medication Rule in Treating Chronic Nephritis based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform

目的:应用中医传承辅助平台软件,运用关联规则和聚类算法分析车树强教授治疗慢性肾炎的用药规律。方法:共收集42个符合标准的病案,共238个有效处方。运用中医传承辅助平台软件对数据进行录入及分析,总结分析车树强教授的用药经验及组方规律。结果:用药频次统计显示使用频次排名前5位的中药分别为生黄芪、石韦、白茅根、丹参、半枝莲;组方规律分析得出常用药物组合有黄芪、石韦,黄芪、白茅根,石韦、白茅根,黄芪、石韦、白茅根,丹参、黄芪等。通过新方分析得到19对相关度较高(>0.03)的药对及8首治疗慢性肾炎的新方。结论:车树强教授认为慢性肾炎的病机总属本虚标实,用药以补肾健脾治其本,活血化瘀、利湿化浊治其标,邪正兼顾,标本同治,临证加减,辨证处方。

Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Professor Che Shuqiang in treating chronic nephritis by using association rules and clustering algorithm with the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform.Methods:A total of 42standard medical records were collected,and 238effective prescriptions were collected.The data were input and analyzed by the software of traditional Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform,and Professor Che Shuqiang's medication experience and prescription rules were summarized and analyzed.Results:The top five Chinese medicines were Radix Astragali,Radix Isatidis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhizoma Scutellariae Barbatae.The regularity of prescription analysis showed that the combination of common medicines were Radix Astragali,Radix Isatidis,Radix Isatidis,Radix Isatidis,Radix et Rhizoma Isatidis,Radix Astragali,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Astragali.19pairs of high correlation(>0.03)drug pairs and the first treatment of chronic nephritis were obtained through the analysis of new prescriptions.Conclusion:Professor Che Shuqiang thinks that the pathogenesis of chronic nephritis belongs to the deficiency and excess of the origin,and the herbs are used to nourish the kidney and invigorate the spleen for the treatment of the origin,to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,to remove dampness and to remove turbidity for the treatment of the symptoms,to give consideration to both the evil and the positive,to treat both the specimen and the clinical symptoms.
