腔镜辅助下甲状腺切除术:从颈部小切口到体表无痕 被引量:16

Video-Assisted Thyroidectomy: From a Minimal Access Cervical Incision to a Scarless Outcome

摘要 传统甲状腺切除是通过颈部Kocher切口暴露甲状腺完成手术。而大部分甲状腺手术患者尤其是年轻女性非常在意颈部可见的手术疤痕。近来随着技术的更新,外科医师已经可以从颈部以外完成甲状腺切除术从而避免了颈部的疤痕。本文结合个人在内镜辅助甲状腺切除的经验向读者提供几种不同入路内镜辅助下甲状腺切除方式并评估这些不同手术方式的适应证、优势以及存在风险。 Traditional thyroid surgery is performed by exposing the thyroid through a cervical Kocher incision. However, in a large number of patients, especially young women, are concerned about visible scars. Recent technological innovations have allowed surgeons to remove the thyroid gland from a remote site while avoiding visible scars in neck. This article provided personal experience in endoscopic thyroidectomy with overviews of current minimally invasive thyroidectomy and alternate incision-site thyroidectomy and their indications, benefits and risks of these surgeries.
