摘要
结合溶胶-凝胶技术,本文利用水热合成方法成功制备了Sr掺杂的La0.75Sr0.25MnO3纳米纤维。煅烧后的纤维,利用SEM、XRD、TG、IR等测量技术对样品进行结构、组成和性能的表征。在SEM下观察,纤维的直径大体上相等,大约为300nm,长度比20μm大。经XRD表征,La0.75Sr0.25MnO3纳米纤维的晶型为菱方晶系的钙钛矿结构。对复合纳米纤维样品进行TG分析,在600℃左右,具有稳定结构的LSMO纯相基本形成,说明样品在高温领域具有潜在的应用价值。
La0.75Sr0.25MnO3 nanofibers were successfully fabricated by mild hydrothermal method combining solgel precursors. The morphology, microstructure, crystal structure, thermal analysis and magnetic property were investigated by SEM, XRD, TG ,IR and so on. The SEM images show that long, smooth, uniform and bead-free fibers were successfully fabricated on a large scale, with fibers diameters -300nm. The XRD patterns of the hybrid fibers and the fibers calcined manifested that LSMO crystallizes in rhombohedral R3c symmetry. After 600℃,there is no change in weight loss, which indicates the formation of pure LSMO.
