摘要
本文采用自动石墨消解仪对土壤样品进行消解前处理,原子荧光法测定土壤中砷、汞、硒3种元素的含量。实验结果表明,砷、汞、硒在0.20~20.0μg·L^-1范围内线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法的检测限分别为0.00、0.002、0.005mg·kg^-1,本方法测定GSS-4土壤标准样品的结果在样品定值范围内,7次检测结果的相对标准偏差为2.32%~4.89%。本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,检出限低,重现性好,测定结果准确可靠,适合于大批量土壤样品中砷、汞、硒的测定。
Soil samples were pretreated by automatic graphite digestion instrument. The contents of arsenic, mercury and selenium in soil were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The experimental results show that the linear correlation coefficients of As, Hg and Se are all greater than 0.999 in the range of 0.20~20.0μg·L^-1. The detection limits of the method are 0.006, 0.002 and 0.005mg·kg^-1, respectively. The results of this method for the determination of GSS-4 soil standard samples are within the fixed value range of samples. The relative standard deviations of the seven test results are 2.32%~4.89%. The method is simple, sensitive, low detection limit, good reproducibility, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the determination of arsenic, mercury and selenium in large quantities of soil samples.
