摘要 为探讨表面活性剂作用下石英颗粒的沉降特性,本文以石英颗粒为研究对象,选取4种季铵盐(HTC27、CFS1、ESD5、ZT7K)并配置不同浓度和不同pH值的溶液,研究其对石英颗粒的沉降效果,分析了上清液的透光率、沉淀产率以及Zeta电位值,结果表明:(1)HTC27季铵盐在浓度为15 mol·L^-1对石英颗粒的沉淀效果最好、Z17K为6mol·L^-1、ESD5为9mol·L^-1、CFS1为3mol·L^-1;(2)随HTC27和ZT7K季铵盐浓度的增加沉降产率逐渐增大,在CFS1季铵盐作用下随pH值的增大上清液透光率先增大后减小,随ESD5季铵盐浓度的增大上清液透光产率先增大后减小,浓度为12mol·L^-1时对应的沉降产率达到最大值57.3%。(3)HTC27和CFS1季铵盐在溶液pH值为7时,对石英颗粒的沉降效果最好;ZT7K季铵盐溶液pH值为3时,对石英颗粒沉降效果最好,ESD5季铵盐溶液pH值为11时,对石英颗粒沉降效果最好;(4)石英颗粒表面电位在4种类型的季铵盐作用下均是随浓度的增大而增大,且均是先快速增大后平稳增长或保持不变。 In this paper,quartz granules were used as research objects. Four quaternary ammonium salts(HTC27,CFS1,ESD5,ZT7 K)were selected and solutions with different concentrations and different p Hs were prepared to study the sedimentation effect of quartz particles. The supernatant was analyzed. The results of light trans-mittance,precipitation yield and zeta potential indicate that:(1) HTC27 quaternary ammonium salt has the best precipitation effect on quartz particles at a concentration of 15 mol·L^-1,Z17 K is 6 mol·L^-1,and ESD5 is 9 mol·L^-1 and CFS1 were 3 mol·L^-1.(2)The sedimentation yield increased with the increase of HTC27 and ZT7 K quaternary ammonium salt concentration. Under the action of CFS1 quaternary ammonium salt,the supernatant transmittance increased first with the increase of p H. Decrease,with the increase of ESD5 quaternary ammonium salt concentra-tion,the supernatant light transmittance first increased and then decreased. When the concentration was 12 mol·L^-1,the corresponding sedimentation yield reached the maximum value of 57.3%.(3)HTC27 and CFS1 quaternary ammonium salts have the best sedimentation effect on quartz particles at pH 7 of the solution. The pH of ZT7 K qua-ternary ammonium salt solution is 3,which has the best sedimentation effect on quartz particles. The pH of ESD5 quaternary ammonium salt solution is 11 The sedimentation effect of quartz particles is the best;(4) the surface potential of quartz particles increases with the increase of concentration under the action of four types of quaternary ammonium salts,and both increase rapidly and then remain stable or remain unchanged.
