岩心剪切作用对弱凝胶调驱体系成胶性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在矿场调驱试验中,弱凝胶调驱体系在注入地层后成胶性能会受岩心剪切的影响而降低,导致调驱效果变差。为研究不同方式的岩心剪切对弱凝胶调驱体系成胶性能的影响,在P油田的储层条件下,本文通过研究不同岩心长度、岩心渗透率和注入速度下弱凝胶调驱体系通过岩心后的初始黏度、成胶时间、成胶强度以及黏度随时间变化情况,并将实验结果与作为对照组的静态成胶实验结果进行对比。实验结果表明,弱凝胶调驱体系的成胶性能在岩心剪切作用下大幅度降低,但仍能保持较高的黏度水平,该调驱体系在地层条件下具有较好的抗剪切能力。 In the field flooding test, the gelation performance of the weak gel profile control system after injection into the formation is reduced by the influence of core shearing, resulting in poor effect of weak gel profile control. In order to study the effect of different methods of core shearing on the gelation performance of weak gel profile control system, under the reservoir conditions of P oilfield, this paper studies the weak gel profile control system under different core length, core permeability and injection speed. The initial viscosity, gelation time, gelation strength and viscosity change after passing through the core were compared with the results of static gelation experi-ments as a control group. The experimental results show that the gelation performance of the weak gel profile control system is greatly reduced under the core shearing, but it can maintain a high viscosity level. The weak gelpro-file control system has better shear resistance under formation conditions.
