Flourishing development in cucurbituril chemistry

简要介绍了瓜环化学的产生、发展、应用及结构特征。详细综述了:(1)新型瓜环化合物的合成及应用;(2)新型瓜环衍生物的合成及分析分离科学中的应用;(3)新型瓜环衍生物的合成及在医药学中的应用。并对瓜环化学的发展进行了展望。

This paper briefly introduces the generation, development applications, and structure features of cucurbituril chemistry. Emphases are put on three parts:① syntheses and applications of new cucurbituril derivatives;② synthesis of new cucurbituril derivatives with applications in analytical separation science;③ synthesis of new cucurbituril derivatives with applications in medicine. Future developments of cucurbituril chemistry are prospected in the end.
