摘要
文章从权衡大小制、历代医籍药衡不变从小制、桂枝汤为例的古方用药剂量三方面,对张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中药物衡制量值进行了考查与研究。研究证明,东汉张仲景《伤寒杂病论》当时的古方用药权衡量值为1两= 13. 75 克,显示中医古方药物衡值演变与中国古代度量衡变迁史密切相关。
In this paper,textual research on the accurate weight unit of the herbs’dosage recorded in the book Shang Han Za Bing Lun ( Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases) were conducted. The research evidences concluded that the accurate value of the weight unit in Shang Han Za Bing Lun ( Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases) in Eastern Han dynasty is“1 Liang = 13. 75 grams”,which shows the close relationship between the evolution of drugs’weight value in ancient TCM prescriptions and the history of metrology changes in ancient China.
