摘要 目的:比较4 种抛光系统对Lava Ultimate表面粗糙度和光泽度的影响。方法:制作40个Lava Ultimate复合材料试件,随机分为4组(n=10),分别用3M Sof-Lex^TM Spiral(3M组)、Vita Enamic■Polishing Set(Vita组)、道邦弹性陶瓷抛光套装(Tob组)和Shofu Ceramage Polishing Kit(SF组)进行修整抛光。测量各组试件表面粗糙度值Ra、Rz和光泽度值并做统计分析,通过原子力显微镜(AFM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测试件表面形貌。结果:各组Ra值经统计分析从小到大依次为SF组(0.080±0.010)μm、Vita组(0.089±0.011)μm、3M组(0.094±0.015)μm、Tob组(0.227±0.027)μm,其中3M、Vita和SF组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Tob组与其他组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),Rz统计结果与Ra一致。4 组的光泽度值,从小到大依次为Tob组(46.39±2.20) GU、3M组(62.51±5.57) GU、Vita组(77.83±5.45) GU、SF组(89.59±4.71) GU,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AFM和SEM观察结果与粗糙度值的统计结果一致。结论:不同抛光工具对Lava Ultimate的抛光效果不同,Shofu Ceramage套装得到较低的粗糙度和较高的光泽度。 Objective: To investigate the effect of 4 polishing systems on the surface roughness and glossiness of Lava Ultimate. Methods: 40 specimens of Lava Ultimate were prepared and divided into 4 groups randomly(n=10), and then polished with Sof-LexTM Spiral(Group 3 M), Vita Enamic? Polishing Set(Group Vita), TobooM polishing set(Group Tob) and Shofu Ceramage Polishing Kit(Group SF) respectively. Average surface roughness(Ra/Rz) and glossiness were assessed using a profilometer and a glossmeter. The data was statistically analyzed. Qualitative surface evaluation was performed by an atomic force microscope(AFM) and a scanning electron microscope(SEM). Results: The Ra values were as follows: SF(0.080±0.010) μm, Vita(0.089±0.011) μm, 3 M(0.094±0.015) μm and Tob(0.227±0.027) μm. No significant difference was observed between each 2 groups of 3 M, Vita and SF(P>0.05) respectively, but the Ra value of Tob group was significantly different from that of the other groups(P<0.05). Statistical results of Rz values were the same as the Ra values. The mean glossiness values of each group were as follows: Tob(46.39±2.20) GU, 3 M(62.51±5.57) GU, Vita(77.83±5.45) GU, SF(89.59±4.71) GU(between each 2 groups,P<0.05). Visual analysis of the images obtained from AFM and SEM were consistent with the statistical results. Conclusion: The polishing performance of different polishing systems for Lava Ultimate is different. Shofu Ceramage can produce lower surface roughness and the higher glossiness values for the polishing of Lava Ultimate.
