纳米钽种植体对兔胫骨修复部位微环境影响 被引量:2

The effects of nano tantalum implant on the microenvironment of tibial repair site in rabbits

摘要 目的:比较纳米钽与纯钛种植体对兔胫骨修复部位微环境的影响。方法:5月龄雄性新西兰大白兔30只,随机分为纯钛种植体组与纳米钽种植体组(n=15)。在双侧胫骨近心端离胫骨头(0.5~1.0mm)骨嵴内侧骨面做宽3.3mm、深度8.0mm的洞形,将纯钛种植体与纳米钽种植体分别植入。术后抗炎3d,常规喂养。分析术后种植体周围组织形态改变以及TNF-α、IL-6与IL-1βmRNA的表达水平。结果:纳米钽种植体组在4周后有较多的新骨层,后期出现更大面积的基质骨。纯钛种植组TNF-α、IL-1βmRNA水平显著高于纳米钽种植体组(P<0.05),2组IL-6mRNA水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纳米钽种植体组的种植体术后骨层和基质骨形成较好,术后1周的炎症反应较纯钛种植体组低。 Objective: To compare the effects of nano tantalum and pure titanium implants on the microenvironment of tibial repair site. Methods: 30 male New Zealand rabbits aged 5 months were randomly divided into pure titanium implant group and nano tantalum implant group( n = 15). The defect with 3. 3 mm of diameter and 8 mm of deepth was prepare on the bone surface of the medial crest of the tibial bone at 0. 5 ~ 1. 0 mm of the bilateral proximal tibia. Pure titanium implants and nano tantalum implants were respectively implanted into the defects,postoperative anti-inflammation and conventional feeding were given for 3 days. The morphological changes and the expression levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β mRNA in the surrounding tissues of the implants were examined. Results: There were more new bone layers in the nano tantalum implant group 4 weeks after implantation,and a larger area of matrix bone appeared in the later period. The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the pure titanium implant group were higher than those in the nano tantalum implant group( P < 0. 05),and there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-6 and mRNA between the 2 groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Nano tantalum implant is more effective in the promotion of bone and stromal bone formation with lower inflammatory stimulation than pure titanium implant.
