摘要
研究目的:本文以川南城际铁路IDK 87+180~IDK 87+220段软土地基工程为依托,总结采用导电插塑板电渗联合真空预压快速固结处理技术的设计与施工的效果。本研究将电渗法与真空预压法有机结合,以实现软土地基的快速排水固结,形成新型电渗联合真空预压加固技术。研究结论:(1)电渗联合真空预压法可以用来处理渗透系数低的软土地基;(2)电渗联合真空预压法实现软土的快速脱水。在建设周期较短的情况下,可通过调整分层数量、电极板间距、通电电压、通电周期等因素进一步缩短处理时间;(3)电渗联合真空预压法可实现软土的快速沉降,一般在30余天内完成施工,加固软土的各项指标都获得了较大程度的提高;(4)电渗联合真空预压法首次在高速铁路地基相关工程加固中获得了成功应用,具有显著的社会与经济及环保效益,可在铁路、道路相关工程中推广应用。
Research purposes: A soft soil foundation treatment engineering at IDK87 + 180 ~ IDK87 + 220 of southern Sichuan inter-city railway is taken as an example to summarize the design process and the effect of the electric plastic vertical drainage( EPVD) combined with vacuum preloading technology. To achieve rapid drainage and consolidation effect,a new technology of electro-osmosis combined with vacuum preloading is put forward by the combination of EPVD and vacuum preloading.Research conclusions:( 1) The electric-osmosis combined with vacuum preloading technique can be used to penetrate the soft soil foundation with low permeability.( 2) Rapid dehydration of soft soil is realized by electro-osmosis combined with vacuum preloading. In the case of short period of construction,the processing time can be shortened by adjusting the layer number,electrode distance,voltage,power cycle and other factors.( 3) The rapid settlement of soft soil can be achieved in a relatively short period of time by the use of electric-osmosis method combined with vacuum preloading. The general construction can be completed in about 30 days. The result shows that the indicators of reinforcement of soft soil have been greatly improved.( 4) This paper introduces the first successful use of the technology in high-speed railway foundation consolidation,with remarkable social and economic and environmental benefits,which can be widely used in railway and road engineering.
