摘要
概述了航空航天用异种金属焊接的发展现状,并分析了焊接接头性能,同时对焊接过程中的数值模拟进行了总结。通过数值模拟可以对焊接过程进行预测,是获得良好焊接效果、高质量焊接接头的有效方法。在未来的研究中需对数值模拟的方法和软件进行优化,使其能更真实准确地模拟实际焊接过程。
The development status of welding of dissimilar metal for aerospace was overviewed. The numerical simulation of the welding process were summarized. Numerical simulation can predict the welding process and it is an effective method to obtain good welding effect and high quality welded joints. In the future research, the method and software of numerical simulation are needed to be optimized so that it can simulate the actual welding process more truthfully and accurately.
