摘要
通过对竹结构显微结构力学性能分析,设计出仿竹结构横向抗压薄壁管结构;并在保持力学性能的前提下进行该结构管简化设计。根据设计要求,在将起弧收弧缺陷控制到最小的基础之上进行焊接路径规划;通过TIG焊接窄道工艺试验,得出该竹结构管薄壁所需的焊接工艺参数。最终通过TIG机器人电弧增材制造获得仿竹结构异型薄壁管。
By analyzing the mechanical properties of the bamboo microstructure, the structure of imitation bamboo transverse compressive thin-walled tube was designed. The design of the structure tube is simplified under the premise of maintaining its mechanical properties. According to the design requirements, the welding path planning was carried out on the basis of minimizing the starting and stopping defects. The welding process parameters of the thin wall tube with the bamboo structure were obtained through the TIG welding process test of stringer-bead. Finally, the special-shaped thin wall tube was obtained by TIG robot arc additive manufacturing.
