To explore the clinical effect of improved scoring method combined with nursing intervention on pregnant women with second pregnancy after cesarean section,200 pregnant women with second pregnancy after cesarean section were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given the improved scoring method combined with routine intervention, while the observation group was given the improved scoring method combined with nursing intervention. The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores, postoperative complications, neonatal complications and rehabilitation were analyzed.Compared with the routine intervention group, the results presented that the improved scoring method combined with nursing intervention can significantly reduce the SDS(p<0.05)and SAS score(p<0.05)of pregnant women with second pregnancy after cesarean section, decrease the incidence of postoperative complications(p<0.05)and neonatal complications(p<0.05),and elevate the recovery efficiency(p<0.05)of pregnant women after operation. Our preliminary findings suggested that the improved scoring method combined with nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical effect of pregnant women with second pregnancy after cesarean section, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application in gynecology and obstetrics.
