摘要
目的探讨海南省泌尿系统结石形成与膳食因素的相关性.方法选取2017年3月至2018年6月在海南省中医院泌尿外科住院和门诊治疗的泌尿系结石患者100例作为观察组,另选取同期在本院住院的非结石患者100例作为对照组.对研究对象的膳食结构进行调查,并与结石发生的相关性进行分析.结果研究显示结石患者与非结石患者进甜食频率、常吃海水鱼、肉汤、饮料等饮食习惯差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);回归分析结果表明经常性食海水鱼饮食、甜食、肉汤等是泌尿结石的主要危险因素(P<0.05).结论海南省泌尿系统结石与膳食因素具有一定的相关性,需注意膳食平衡,并适时的增加运动量,以降低泌尿系统结石的风险.
Objective To investigate the relationship between urinary calculi formation and dietary factors in Hainan province. Methods From March 2017 to June 2018, 100 patients with uri-nary calculi in the hospital were selected as the observation group, and 100 non-calculus patients ad-mitted to the hospital were selected as a control group. Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the dietary structure of the subjects and to analyze the correlation with the occurrence of stones. Results Univariate analysis showed that patients with stones and non-calculus patients had sweets. The frequen-cy, sea fish diet, old fire soup, beverage and other dietary habits were significantly different ( P<0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that sea fish diet, sweets, old soup, and beverage were the main risk factors for urinary stones (P< 0. 05). Conclusions There is a certain correlation between urinary calculi and dietary factors in Hainan province. It is necessary to pay attention to dietary bal-ance and increase the amount of exercise in time to reduce the risk of urinary calculi.
