Exploration and Practice of Cooperative Education Mode of Industry-Education Integration for Automation Specialty in the Era of Intelligent Manufacturing

培养应用型、技能型和创新性人才是应用型本科教育的基本目标。自动化专业对接行业发展趋势,分析职业岗位需求,积极探索产教融合、校企共同培养人才的合作模式。文章结合自动化专业从行业现状的发展趋势入手,从共同制定人才培养方案、共建“双导师”师资队伍、共建实训基地、组织顶岗实习等途径,阐述自动化专业在校企合作模式方面的探索与实践。

Training application-oriented,skill-oriented and innovative talents is the basic goal of application-oriented undergraduate education.It is vital to connect the automation specialty with the development trend of the industry,analyze the demand for professional posts and actively explore the cooperation mode of integrating production and education and jointly cultivating talents between schools and enterprises.Based on the current development trend of the automation specialty,this paper explores the practice of the automation specialty in the school-enterprise cooperation mode from the ways of jointly formulating the talent training plan,jointly constructing the"double tutors"teaching team,jointly constructing the training base,and organizing the internship.
