化学元素对热轧带肋钢筋性能的影响

摘要 随着我国钢铁冶炼技术的不断发展,技术人员不仅清楚地知道冶金产品中复合元素的准确比例,还能准确控制合金元素的比例。对于冶钢,最重要的任务之一就是提高钢材的质量,同时削减成本。由于混入钢中的元素会在一定程度上影响其性能,因此研究元素的组成比例至关重要。首先运用散点图清洗数据,再采用多元逐步回归找出影响钢材性能的主要因素。考虑元素C,Mn,S,P,Si,Cr,Mo,Cu,Ni,Alt,V作为决定变量,以抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率作为因变量,依次得到各元素与这三种影响因素的多元回归方程。最后,通过灰色关联的方法分析出影响钢筋性能的主要因素。 With the continuous development of China's steel smelting technology,technicians not only clearly know the exact proportion of composite elements in metallurgical products,but also accurately control the proportion of alloying elements.One of the most important tasks for steelmaking is to improve the quality of steel while cutting costs.Since the elements incorporated into the steel will affect its performance to some extent,it is important to study the composition ratio of the elements.First,use the scatter plot to clean the data,and then use multiple stepwise regression to find out the main factors affecting the performance of the steel.Considering the elements C,Mn,S,P,Si,Cr,Mo,Cu,Ni,Alt,and V as the determinants,yield strength,tensile strength and percentage elongation after fracture as the dependent variables,and Multiple regression equation of each element and the three influencing factors are sequentially obtained.Finally,the main factors affecting the performance of steel bars are analyzed by the method of grey correlation.
