双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效及对免疫功能的影响观察

Observation on efficacy of bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea and its influence on immune function

目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法340例小儿腹泻患儿,随机分为联合组与常规组,各170例。常规组患儿给予蒙脱石散治疗,联合组患儿给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗。观察比较两组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后免疫功能指标变化情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组患儿治疗总有效率为95.88%,明显高于常规组的75.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患儿免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、CD4^+/CD8^+明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患儿发生胃肠道反应2例,过敏反应1例,嗜睡1例,不良反应发生率为2.35%;常规组患儿发生胃肠道反应2例,过敏反应1例,嗜睡3例,不良反应发生率为3.53%。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻可以显著提高临床疗效,改善患儿免疫功能,安全性高,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 340 diarrhea infants were randomly divided into combined group and conventional group,with 170 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with montmorillonite powder, and the combined group was treated with bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder. Observation and comparison were made on clinical efficacy, immune function changes before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results Combined group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 95.88% than 75.88% in conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, combined group had obviously better immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG) and CD4^+/CD8^+ than conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Combined group had 2 cases of gastrointestinal reaction, 1 case of allergic reaction, and 1 case of drowsiness, with incidence of adverse reactions as 2.35%. Conventional group had 2 cases of gastrointestinal reaction, 1 case of allergic reaction, and 3 cases of drowsiness, with incidence of adverse reactions as 3.53%.Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and immune function of children. It contains high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
