Through the monitoring of the current status of forests in national key ecological public welfare forests in the suburbs of Jiamusi City, the indices of ecosystems are studied with emphasis on ecosystem diversity. The Simpson diversity index of forest types in this region is 0.786048, and the Simpson index of vegetation types is 0.619901, the Simpson diversity index of the forest age group was 0.637443.
