摘要
本实验通过国家"948"项目,引进与大兴安岭林区生境条件相近的地理种源10个。为了缩短育苗周期,在温室棚内进行容器育苗试验。从黑云杉三年生容器苗生长数据分析表明,本区域可以引种黑云杉,其中10个种源中4个种源在苗高与对照的乡土树种红皮云杉差异显著;地径方面有3个种源与乡土树种红皮云杉差异显著。综合苗木形态指标,引种的黑云杉有几个种源表现优于其他种源。可作为今后引种的优选种源。
Through the national "948" project, this experiment introduced 10 geographical provenances similar to the habitat conditions in the Daxing’anling forest area. In order to shorten the nursery cycle, a container seedling test was carried out in a greenhouse. The analysis of the growth data of the three-year-old container seedlings from the black spruce showed that the black spruce can be introduced into the region, among which 4 of the 10 provenances are significantly different between the seedling height and the control native tree species, and the ground diameter is the three provenances differed significantly from the native tree species, picea koraiensis. According to the comprehensive seedling morphological indicators, the introduced black spruce has several provenances superior to other provenances, and can be used as the preferred source for future introduction.
