关于推动黑龙江省林业发展的几点思考

Discussion on the importance of innovation in promoting forestry development in Heilongjiang province

在本文中,笔者从制度、技术、管理三个层面探究了创新在推动黑龙江省林业发展中的重要性,指出了黑龙江省林业要勇于接受新时代的挑战,积极探索创新、深入创新、持续创新,推进林业的可持续发展。

In this paper, the author explored the importance of innovation in promoting forestry development in Heilongjiang province from three aspects of system, technology and management, and pointed out that forestry in Heilongjiang province should have the courage to accept the challenges of the new era, actively explore innovation, continuous innovation, in-depth innovation, and promote the sustainable development of forestry.
