Pilot Analysis on Drug Centralized Procurement and Use Organized by the State in Shenzhen

深圳市医保局自挂牌伊始即制定出台《深圳市落实国家药品集中采购和使用试点实施方案》,迅速、有力、有序地推进试点工作。3月28日,实现试点工作全面落地实施。通过“四个确保”、完善配套措施和强化宣导,深圳试点的阶段性成效显现。中选药品降价明显,患者用药负担减轻;用药结构发生较大变化,通过一致性评价的药品逐步得到医生和患者的认同;宣传培训更加专业,用药教育更加全面。

Shenzhen has formulated the Shenzhen Implementation Plan for the National Pilot Drug Centralized Procurement and Use to promote the pilot work rapidly and orderly. On March 28, the pilot project was fully implemented.Through improving the supporting measures and strengthening the propaganda, the phased results of Shenzhen pilot project show.The price of selected medicines has been markedly reduced, and the burden of drug use has been lightened. The structure of drug use has changed greatly. Drugs through consistent evaluation have gradually been recognized by doctors and patients. The publicity and training are more professional and the education of drug use is more comprehensive.
