This paper introduces the background and development course of American Group Purchasing Organization, deeply analyses its market-oriented operation mode and the eff ect on the formation of drug prices.On this basis, this paper analyses the GPO pilot projects carried out in Shanghai and Shenzhen in recent years, compares and combs the similarities and diff erences. Pharmaceutical market-oriented procurement model provides experience for reference.
